At Beeyounick (BYN), we are committed to delivering premium-quality streetwear that meets our standards and your expectations. Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
As many of our products are manufactured and fulfilled specifically for each order, we maintain a strict return & exchange window for cases where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or requires a size adjustment.
By placing an order on www.beeyounick.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
01.OUR RETURN POLICY (STANDARD TERMS)
At BYN, products must meet the following criteria for return/exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all security tags intact.
- Size exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective or damaged pieces must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos.
- Custom-milled or promotional gift items are non-refundable.
Please review our size chart, product descriptions, and GSM specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
02.EXCEPTIONS: WHEN RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
We accept return, exchange, or replacement requests strictly in the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
- You receive an incorrect product or wrong size/color.
- The delivered product is materially different from the product ordered.
03.REPORTING PERIOD (48-HOUR NOTIFICATION)
If your order qualifies under the above conditions, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
